I’ve been up to a lot lately. Number one is the Children’s Music Hall Of Fame
Web site. It is a child-safe, family and educator friendly site that has over 3,000 songs from
many different artists, to choose from. Click here for more information on this exciting
Project.
Recently I was honored and pleased to be a part of an ABC Christmas special.
It was called “The Angels Sing”. Anybody see it? My daughter Melody Culbert, a
professional singer with the Lancaster Chorale, in Lancaster Ohio, got me the gig and
we recorded it in Darien CT under the direction of Duane Condon. It was a blast!
There were singers from the New York Metropolitan Opera Company, a chamber
orchestra with players from New York City. Best of all, I got to play a solo with
Melody, Paige and Jenifer, singing a trio. It came out splendidly
I have finished recording my first solo adult CD! Twelve songs, mostly standard
Jazz tunes and one original. If you are interested, contact me directly, because it is
not being distributed yet. Be the first on your block! It’s a wonderful set of recordings
with some great musicianship
I played in Montpelier Vermont for First Night 2008 and just received a letter from Diane
Here’s what she said:
